SNOW DAY HOME WORKOUT STRATEGIES FITNESS MOTIVATION HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

Extreme cold here in Toronto and most of North America. Probably safer to stay home and indoors rather than travelling around in this dangerously cold weather, reaching lows of -35!!!!

Always have a contingency plan. Whether its not being able to go to gym, travelling, schedule being rearranged, weather, etc, YOU SHOULD ALWAYS HAVE A CONTINGENCY PLAN to make sure you are always progressing regardless of the weather or any situation that may arise. 

Lots of us are staying home rather than risk the dangers of the cold. I had many people ask me what they can do at home, so I made this video quickly to get people started on the right path.

If you don’t have a contingency plan in place, you should do so immediately. Without a Plan B or even C you will likely regress in your fitness and health goals, so this is not an option in my practice, everyone I work with has a contingency plan and a “Plan B” and C to make sure wherever my clients are, no matter the situation, they can always do something to make themselves better !!!!!
