Weather is heating up and that means more outside “fun”! Here I hope to inspire you to begin physical activity at home, outside, anywhere other than the gym. With inexpensive equipment you can have a “gym” anywhere and do some resistance exercises, stretches, Yoga, walking, cycling, any sport.
Never waste time. Never be bored. Don’t sit idle and let fitness gains and fun pass you by. By having a plan to do more physical activity outside the gym you will raise your health and fitness levels and get more out of your fitness program, your sports, and life.
Instead of surfing the net hit the floor and start stretching for as much time as you have or want
Instead of viewing irrelevant posts on social media do a couple of band resistance exercise for 5-30 minutes.
Trading in bad habits for greater fitness and health? YES. You will be happier to by spending more time doing what you love instead of wasting time with life wasting habits such as watching Tv, Movies, social media.
