REAL CARDIO FARMER’S WALK FITNESS MOTIVATION

First, sorry for the angle, the camera wasn’t set properly ☹

The point of this video and this post was to illustrate HARD WORK 💪

Did 500+ steps in under 12 minutes with 97 pounds in each hand. That’s “hard work”, that’s REAL CARDIO. 💥

After I stopped recording, I realized angle was off, instead of returning the weight I went and did another walk up and down the turf. That video also had bad angle. I did one more video after that with perfect angle, I will post that in future.

In total I did about 650 steps with 97 pounds in each hand.
