Dining Out – Good Food Versus Evil Food – Who Will Win – Tempted to Cheat? Or Goals and WINNING?
Dining out is a part of life for many, and this can create many problems that can slow down or even inhibit your health and fitness goals.
Make this a quick post and TIP:
1) Eating out should be a last resort! Not knowing where your food came from, who touched it, all ingredients, how it was cooked are just the beginning of concerns I have and present to my clients when discussing eating out.
2) Stick with foods you allow in your diet, and don’t even consider or be “tempted” to try foods you don’t allow in your healthy lifestyle. There are foods I don’t eat!!!! SIMPLE!!!! So foods I don’t eat I DON’T EAT!!!!! THERE IS NO TEMPTATION TO EAT OR DO THINGS THAT I DON’T ALLOW, ESPECIALY IF IT MAKES ME WORSE!!!!!
3) Stick with basic foods with no sauces. Sauces in restaurants can contain a toxic brew of various forms of sugar, corn starch, flours, msg, and other “ingredients” I’m sure you wouldn’t use in your own kitchen. No sauces or liquids UNLESS your 100% sure of all ingredients, BUT I still wouldn’t if I was you. (I was recently LIED to by a chef about ingredients in his soup. Messed me up bad and I will explain in video)
