First set of Pull-Ups in over a month. This set was actually part of my “warm up”.
Does your fitness program keep you strong, conditioned, mobile even after long layoffs? We all need and are forced to take layoffs. Taking time out of gym doesn’t, and shouldn’t have to get you out of shape, weak, deconditioned, less flexible.
After a lower body injury and upper body surgery, and over one month of no real workouts, I prove that strength, power, conditioning, and flexibility, and a high level of fitness can be maintained WHEN and IF you need or are forced to take a layoff.
Give your current and past fitness program a review. Is it giving you to desired health and fitness goals? Or do you waste time in gym wondering why your not getting stronger, more conditioned, more flexible and then lose it all when you take time away from training?
