Life Meets Reality Cooking Healthy Delicious Meals Versus Watching Sports YOU GOT TIME
Watching hours of sports? Eating food that makes you worse and worse? Not getting things done? Priorities, responsibilities, goals, dreams wishes, all passing by while you waste your life watching sports and engaging in other “modern world” life wasters? Not spending enough time with loved ones?
Here I give an example of making food the night before because when I come home late the next day, the last thing I want to do is cook, so I’m prepared. I didn’t waste my life on social media, watching sports, movies, television, cruising the net. NOPE, NOT ME !!! I was doing what I love. Spending time with people I love and that matter in my life, getting things done that have value and meaning to my life, and of course, taking care of my health, and that means healthy delicious food.
I hope I inspire you to make time to cook healthy food, spend time with loved ones, do things that matter. The opposite of this would be unhealthy food that will lead to health issues sooner or later, wasting your time on people and things that will leave you empty, and eventually lead to missing out on valuable experiences.
The “modern” world is filled with distractions, most of which not only doesn’t benefit us, but can be classified as nothing short of “wasted life” and “self abuse”. Focus on what’s important, and let NOTHING get in your way of what matters
