People have complained they are “bored” with their “diet”, eating same foods repeatedly. If that’s your problem, then you need to STOP complaining and fix it. Either have a valid excuse, or maybe even creating an excuse is no reason to venture off into a path of eating food and meals that are unhealthy and not aligned with your life goals.
Instead of wasting your life on social media watching what other people are doing, why not focus on what you need and want to be doing, find new ways to spice up your diet and meals. The library, online, bookstore, hire a chef, talk to friends, or take a vacation to a country known for its healthy delicious food. If you got time to watch other people online, you can surely invest that time into yourself to make yourself new BEST SELF.
