Almost 2 years ago. This was part of my “rebuilding’ phase after my health issues in 2014-5 . half of 2014, all 2015, and most of 2016 I was weak as a kitten, couldn’t walk, squat down, lift things, do normal “life” things without struggling and frustration. Fight to get back up. The gym is where I work, where I inspire people, and where I make myself, and everything I want and need out of life not only easier, but POSSIBLE. The gym doesn’t “take time”, it makes you better so you got “time” and “energy” to make all you want POSSIBLE. YOU GOT TIME !!!!
