Do I need to act like the smartest guy in the room and suggest that when you cook, its a great idea to cook MORE. I was brought up to cook “more” just in case unexpected visitors drop by, extra food for snacking, extra food for the next meal or two, or even cook for the next day or two.
I’m equally shocked at the lack of people that don’t cook, don’t cook “healthy”, and if they do cook they don’t cook “more”. The last thing I want to do is cook when I come home exhausted, I have my meal prepared so I know I have a healthy meal waiting, and have my time schedule that suits my healthy lifestyles and goals. Garbage in is garbage out,no matter how “good” you are, if you are eating junk, “good” can quickly turn to “bad”.
