Don’t wait for things to happen, MAKE THEM HAPPEN! By leading a structured life, daily schedule that includes meaningful and joyful actions all day long, you allow nothing to distract and take you away from what you should be doing.
Often people don’t have deep enough goals, don’t know what their purpose in life is, lack motivation, and search for something to “mask” their frustrations, loneliness, stress with destructive “pleasure” activities as opposed to knowing what you want, need, and lead a life of true happiness because everything in your life exists for a purpose, to make you better, not worse.
By knowing what you do and don’t allow in your life, you break the cycle of allowing the distractions of the modern world to take you away from what matters and close the doors to what doesn’t matter. The world is filled with people and things that will try their best to take you away from your happiness, misery loves company, the faster you realize what and who needs to be eliminated and minimized in your life, the faster you will be on the road to being and becoming your best.
Don’t wait for things to happen, make them happen, and by making things happen, you are in control of your time and energy, always doing what’s right for you. By not making things happen, you may allow people and things to persuade you to make bad choices that can waste your time and hurt you. Protect your time, be in control of your life, no more waiting for things to happen, friends to call, events to occur, saving up, waiting, planning, procrastinating. Life is now, make it happen 😊
– Be busy doing things that matter and that you love. Anything else would be a waste of life.
– Distractions – If you’re not “busy” living life you might let distraction control your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Waiting by the phone, waiting digital devices, social media, messaging services, etc. is a sure way to waste your life, and take you away from a life filled with meaning, purpose, and happiness. If someone or something is important enough they will know how and when to reach you, having your phone in hand all day observing the latest social media posts or chatting with people on messaging boards is a sure sign your not making the best use of your time and energy, all these waste your time and drain you of energy! ELIMINATE or MINIMIZE!
– Anyone or anything that isn’t supportive of your goals and choices needs to be set straight, so they understand that you want their unconditional support, not toxic manipulations. If people insist on suggesting activities and actions that are not conducive to your healthy lifestyle and goals, you need to make the wise decision of eliminate or minimize.
