Food Prep Prepared Last Night for Today After Work Be Prepared Fitness Diet Motivation
#FoodPrep #Diet #Cooking

Chicken and veggies prepared last night, salad prepared before this meal. After a busy day, and all the stress I’m dealing with toxic people at the University of Toronto, the last thing I want to do is cook when I get home. EAT AND RELAX before getting back to work and play again.

Being one step ahead will make life more productive, beautiful, joyful. Knowing your schedule and tasks before hand, and judging whether you should cook now for later, or cook when you come home, you should know which works for you in different circumstances.

Not being prepared can put you a few steps backwards. After a hard day of work, will you be in mood to cook a healthy delicious meal? Situation can get worse if you allow junk foods, or foods you know (or don’t realize yet) that are not conducive to your health and fitness goals. Coming home stressed out, tired, short on time, is a recipe for disaster if your one of those “flexible dieters” or if you follow your favorite online celebrity that encourages you to eat junk so you stay out of shape so you can continue to follow them and buy their products.

Just do it my way, set up your life for success, not failure. Plan ahead, be many steps ahead. #WINNING
