Weekend doesn’t mean taking a break from health and fitness and doing anything and everything to destroy yourself. Weekends should afford you the extra time to spend nurturing yourself via anything that is of great value to you, namely your health. There are no breaks in a true healthy lifestyle for anything that would be considered “self abuse”. Any source that tells you differently, as people usually do on social media, showing off their “dirty” meals, junk food, processed food, alcohol, is just that, showing off what you shouldn’t be doing, and you can stop letting these negative sources in your life. Everyday is a health and joyful, happiness, meaningful, and purposeful day, weekends included!

Love yourself. Know your true goals, wishes, wants, needs. These will all come from within, not from outside sources 🙂 Be careful what you let IN, garbage in, garbage out 😉
