Sometimes just showing up and working at your own pace is just the right dose. Doing no exercise, or doing more than your body “wants” can both slide you towards regressing. Just show up, and go by “feel”, especially on leg day, which most successful trainers advice against missing. Good advice, don’t skip leg day 🙂
