Not what I have been calling this exercise the last 2+ decades, but if i called it “side oblique crunches between pads” I reckon I would get even less views than the 4 average views I get per video post, so I will go with something creative with Advanced Abdominal Training Side Plank 🙂
THIS IS AN ADVANCED EXERCISE – if you are “advanced” then you would probably already know this exercise. For the rest of you “beginners”, this gives you a view of what a real strong core looks like, and that’s the direction you should go 🙂
Don’t perform exercises unless you know why your doing them, and whee that exercise will take you. Performing exercises you just saw on social media without any rhyme or reason is not only a waste of time, it can also be dangerous.
