A few things about shoulder training. 1) Many people lack the intensity that would yield any gains or improvements. 2) The exercises selected are usually not the exercises they need 3) Most people harm themselves with too much volume of work around the shoulder joint. Combine that with 1 and 2, you can see the most “effective” result of most shoulder training sessions is a waste of time because you get nothing out of it, and 2 cause an injury “potential”, which is why you see so many shoulder injuries.
