Z Press – an exercise rarely performed in the gym, which is a shame. I often have people ask how they can get “abs” and “shoulders” like myself or one of my clients, and I will sometimes recommend the Z Press depending on the persons experience and level of “toughness”. That’s just it, the Z Press is a TOUGH exercise, building up tension and fatigue quickly in the delts and abdominal, and combine that with the fact that weight on the bar has to come down considerably, most wont do the Z Press, but this exercise is used in all sports circles because it delivers results and time efficient because your abs also get a nice workout during the Z Presses.
Try something new and challenging, not just new 😉
