Wake up to life, everything you love, want, need, or thinking about and doing things that waste your life…where are you….Living, or…?
Put the Top sirloin in the oven, drove to gym, couldn’t get parking, came home, check up on my Sirloin, and cut some vegetables and crack some eggs for a delicious, fast, healthy breakfast.

Don’t let setbacks hold you back, KEEP GOING, keep doing the things that are valuable to your life. With the time I didn’t work out this morning I shift that extra time to other important and meaningful things. KEEP GOIN, KEEP MOVING
