Once you allow missing workouts for any reason, be it time constraints, professional or personal commitments, out of your control situations, and other factors that life may throw at us, you miss an opportunity to become your better self.

Inspired to make this video because I couldn’t get parking at my training facility today, as a dedicated person to my health and fitness goals, and as a Coach where I not only teach and inspire, but show in practice how I set up my lifestyle to make me my best self. I managed to get the motivational message across in this video that we must not allow anything to stand in our way of becoming better.

Knowing your options and having a contingency plan for any obstacles to exercising will ensure you can be physically after anytime, anywhere, everyday.
