Blessings in disguise. Use this alone time, self-distancing, quarantine as an event to make the changes to a better you. Focus on eliminated all bad habits, toxic things and people from your life, clean out, and start the process of building a new life with new habits that bring health, happiness, and joy.
Most people don’t cook, so can I make the gentle suggestion of spending more time in the kitchen and experimenting with anything from the basics to the wild experiments. These lessons in the kitchen will help you move forward to more mindful eating, which will quickly translate to better health, and save you time and money so you have more time to spend on your new habits 😉
