Train at Home Exercise with No Equipment Series Update – Shorter Videos
Hope all is well to all of you in home land. This Home Exercise series will have possibly over 100 exercises, main exercises including its variations and many progressions. The last thing I want is people watching hours of videos, so as of now I will do my best to keep the exercises videos, its descriptions as short as possible so you can get away from the screen and on the dance floor moving…that means working out, not watching videos. Again, I will do my best to keep exercise videos short as possible.
