No better time to begin and practice Yoga than now while in quarantine. At your own pace, alone or with your loved ones, Yoga will provide a great form of physical and mental exercise that will make you stronger, more flexible, and provide a great form of stress release in these difficult times.

The video is a repost from a few weeks ago, with the hopes I can do live streaming video on YouTube. I don’t have enough subscribers so the live stream wasn’t possible.
