30 days in June, so goal is 20 resistance training workouts 🏋️,lots of yoga 🧘‍♀️ and stretching 🙆‍♀️, and as much physical activity with family as possible ( 1+ hours a day 👌) ⚽️🎾🏸🛹🤸‍♀️⛹️‍♀️🏌️‍♀️🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️
