Hit your arms, abs,core, lats, chest, HARD anywhere anytime!!!!
No gym? NO PROBLEM! Find a step approximately 6 to 12 inches high, now step with your arms one arm at a time, putting your whole body into it. In your home, during your walks, most anywhere, you can find a safe 6 to 12-inch step / bench to do this “Arm stepping stabilization exercises”. And no, its not a “new” exercise, I been doing since a little kid, so that’s old ☹
You can find many variations of this exercises on my YouTube channel, but start here with this basic version, work your way up to 20 steps, 40, 60, 100 consecutive steps, then get into the minutes, 1 minute, 2 minutes, and 3 minutes. Once you can do for 2-3 minutes non-stop, then its time to make it harder
