Saturday October 10 2020, the second gym shutdown of 2020 takes effect, leaving most gym goers, athletes, fitness recreationalist with no where to practice their art and activity.

Let the shutdown and pandemic teach you how to be self-dependent and self-sufficient. Relying on others, especially gyms that come and go, and shutdown and closed with very little warning will negatively affect your health and progress.

Do as I say in this video, its worked well for hundreds over the decade’s.
