With gyms lockdown all over the world, “no equipment” is what we Coaches often here. Workout Solutions has the long-standing philosophy of exercises anytime, anywhere, NO MATTER WHAT!!!!

Here I demonstrate chains to perform some calisthenics bodyweight exercises. Cheaper than a TRX, and I’m sure easier than finding a TRX for sale in a store (that’s an upcoming video). No equipment is NOT a valid excuse for not exercising, for not being physically active.

Not exercising is a decision people make when they intentionally want to get out of shape, sort of like Yo-Yo-Dieting, people decide to stop eating healthy. I call getting IN and OUT of shape Yo-Yo-Fitness.

Lockdown Health and Fitness. Use the lockdown to reinforce healthy habits while eliminating all habits that hold back your health, fitness, progress, happiness. The lockdown is not only restricting you from many things you want to do, but the lockdown is also restricting you from doing the many things you should not be doing, giving you the perfect opportunity to reset your life.
