Saturday January 2nd, 2020.Who is back on the right foot with your fitness journey? Don’t stop. Keep going! 2020 demonstrated that many challenges, most of which are out of your control, will make your exercise program more difficult, and even non-existent. Don’t fight what you can’t control, instead, adapt to the new normal. Bring your exercise home. Being a weekend, January 2nd and 3rd, will make it that much easier to maintain, or get back on track on your program.
