Can you believe my sweet tooth was so strong this weekend that I almost went to my favorite bakery twice to pick up some creamy rice pudding? Then I thought, hmmm, 30 minutes to drive to bakery, 30 minutes to drive back, and lets face it, we usually get more than we planned for when we hit the bakery. I decided not to give away my time and money, got all the ingredients right here at home, and in less than 40 minutes I have super yummy delicious sweet tooth satisfying rice pudding, and enough to share, and with the time and money I saved, I have more time and money for the ultra important things in my life.
