Today was my carb up day. Lots of carbs, high powered nutrition, vitamins, minerals, fiber, all the good stuff in the bowl that will recharge me, help me recover mentally and physically, make me better, not worse.
Unlike your favourite drug addicted instagrammer that shows off about all the junk food and alcohol they can eat and still be โin-shapeโ, Iโm not on drugs, steroids, fat burners, or anything that isnโt โgoodโ for me. No Donuts! No cakes. No junk food binge that does nothing but destroy your health from the inside out, just real food, cooked and eaten with a purpose.
Misery loves company. When you see a jacked up fitness model, or anyone for that matter, bragging about all the junk food and alcohol they consumer, encouraging others to do the same, ask yourself how these people are looking out for your best interest when their not looking out for their own best interest.
