One of the first real “ab” exercise I learned 40+ years ago in the Dojo. Still do them and prescribe them religiously because unlike most “ab” exercises we get back what we put in.

Surprisingly, I rarely (read = never) see these performed today. That may be because of performance enhancing drugs, and people are lazier than ever. If you have a hard work ethic, and traditional “ab” exercises are not making your abs ‘ripped”, give this exercise, side oblique crunches, a shot for 3 months, performed twice per week, I am confident you will send me a letter of thanks 🙂
