GET OUTSIDE !!!The great outdoors, natural, exciting, always something to do and explore. Make 2021 outdoor season a season to remember, and season of renewal, out with the old destructive habits, and in with a fresh healthy, fun lifestyle.

2021 is the year of the great outdoors, take it outside. Be inspired to do as much as you can outdoors, specifically fun physical activity. No more being cooped up in the house. No more living with lockdowns, shutdowns, and restrictions. Be in control. Stop focusing on what you can’t do and start doing what you can do.

This video will inspire you to take your gym, physical activity, fun hobbies outside. From beginner to advance, all age groups, from free to inexpensive, I give you many ideas and options to make the great outdoors your playground this Spring, Summer, and Autumn. This list is by no means exhaustive, this video was totally unplanned and just grabbed what I have in my gym, and what we do in our training. Where there is a will there is a way, and if you want to be enjoy hundreds of various exercises and activities in the outdoors, worry free from lockdowns and social distancing, this is not only an option, it’s the best option for most people.

One last suggestion. The last year has been especially difficult mentally and financially for many. This year I suggest buying what exercise equipment you, and others may need. Buy it, share it, gift it is the motto going on here with my family, friends, and clients. Make an investment in health and happiness to you and others you care about. Many kids out there without any physical activity escape. Before buying your next expensive meal at a restaurant, or life destroying alcohol, and other wasteful habits and expenses, please keep in mind the people that could have their life changed with a simple share it, gift it exercise equipment.

Thank you.

Have a safe, fun, and productive Spring Season.
