Today marks the 293rd day out of the last year that gyms in Toronto Ontario Canada have been shutdown lockdown. More “shutdown” and lockdown restrictions are to be announced today.

The best advice I can give, and giving it for decades, because it was the same advice I received from my Coaches decades ago, that is to always ensure you can exercise, or play your sport, anywhere, anytime, whether you have equipment or not, and yes, whether gyms are open or not. exercise and training is your job, not the “gyms’, so I suggest you buy gym equipment, share gym equipment, and give fitness equipment as gifts.

Control your destiny or someone else will.

Who is NOT exercising today because Doug Ford and Justin Trudeau Toronto Ontario Canada, as of today closed gyms 293 days out of last year, forced to stay home, lockdown. no family, no business, no church, no hope, no life until jab unproven vaccine?

Where there’s is a will there’s is a way. NO EXCUSES !!!
