Todays marks 309 days gyms have been closed in Toronto Ontario Canada of the last year, 187 days closed consecutively. Still waiting for gyms to open, or have you taken charge of your health and fitness journey to achieve your needs and goals without depending on or being controlled by others?

How many roadblocks to your health and fitness goal will you allow before noticing you don’t have any “goals”?

Look at people that look for opportunities to exercise NO MATTER WHAT, then look at people create excuses as to why they shouldn’t exercise.

Some people find excuses as to why they shouldn’t exercise…gyms closed, lockdown, shutdown, good weather, bad weather, etc, excuses never got anyone anything meaningful and worth having in life.

Lunges can be performed anywhere, anytime, in a gym with any resistance such as dumbbells, sandbags, barbells, or outside the gym with no weights, up hills, using weighted bags, filled empty containers, etc, you will figure it out when you know you need the next step up in intensity and challenge.

The world is full of distractions, people and things will try to stop your journey, for their benefit not yours.

Focus on what you can do, not what you cant, and I’m sure 90+% of you can do lunges anywhere anytime
