National holiday here in Canada, Canada Day, and as is usually the case for most people, lots of food, most of it high calorie junk food, lots of alcohol, Canadians love their booze, and lots of sitting.
All of these will make you a worse person by the end of the day.
One way to combat this bad lifestyle, make is ‘less’ worse, is by exercising before inflicted self harm, exercise, preferable intense, and dense, lots of work, then go ‘enjoy” yourself if that’s what your heart wants.
