Research proves we can focus more intensely on muscles we see, for example the biceps. Although not many will dispute the strong mind-muscle connection as compared to other muscles, for example the upper back, glutes, hamstrings and lower back, I will argue that once you witness the strength and beauty of a well built and balance posterior musculature, for example observe a sprinter from behind, you will be wise enough not to neglect these muscle groups and put your mind-muscle connection 100% with each rep and set.
