Thanksgiving weekend, and all long-weekends is the perfect opportunity to add more of everything that matters to you, more food, more rest, more training. Use this time wisely = Be mindful of what is important, and add more of that when the opportunity allows you to do so, and Thanksgiving weekend is definitely a time of growth 😉
