Good Morning Monday Motivation Workout Shorts New exercises, or new ways of doing old exercises?
Your fitness journey should instinctively guide towards fun, safe, and productive. How will you know? You will “feel it”, and it just “feels right”, and the “look” and “feel” don’t lie.
Its a great zone to be in, and although you may require guidance in your journey to enter this “zone”, its very satisfying to me as a Coach when a client can let go of my hand and mindfully stay in this “zone” – they just “know, and I know I did my “job” 😉
