I will never forget this!!! Hot! Humid! Summer! Finding my beloved resistance band, bought 20 years ago, came with my all over the world, MELTING on my cage pull up bar. I almost died 🙁

Garage gym are not all that kind to us and our equipment, but it’s part of the journey, and our story will have more resistance bands to use and abuse.

It’s all worth it 🙂
