Thats me this morning, tired, exhausted, and lazy, so the 85 pound camber squat bar stays in the cage and will do some pressing work, which I rarely do, so will work on that with a variation that excites π₯ me a bit = camber bar = feels good = DO IT β
Sunday morning, freezing cold, almost minus – 16 degrees π₯Ά, chest and back day, yesterday was leg day.
