Consistently, over the last few years, my strength and conditioning has declined, but my effort, intensity, motivation is always at maximum. I give it all I got and do what I can now to be better in the future.
Becoming weaker, the natural process of aging, is all part of our life journey based on past decisions and outcomes and future actions and outcomes. You will come to this point, I hope. Its natural 😊
The gym and exercise are not a means to and end, but rather a huge steppingstone towards more meaningful and purposeful in life, examples below.
Becoming stronger in the gym gives us the strength, power, drive, and motivation to do the things we want to outside the gym!!!! 🏋️♀️🤾♀️⛹️♀️🏌️♀️🏌️🚵♀️🏇🧗♀️
Don’t let the gym define who you are. How much you can squat, deadlift, bench press, and how much home gym equipment you own is irrelevant in the REAL world. 🤷♀️🤦♀️
Don’t workout for something you can’t keep, rather exercise for something that keeps you going, for example health, family, God, career, community, hobbies and interests.
People quitting the gym because of lack of “gains” are missing the REAL benefits of exercise = antiaging, health, mind, family, and everything that is valuable to you.
I currently have clients from age 7 to 98. Giving my young clients a head start to a healthy lifestyle, given my older clients the strength to keep doing what they love.
There is no “end’ to health and fitness, no “stopping” because of no gains, KEEP GOING NO MATTER WHAT!!!!
Do everything to make yourself BEST and nothing to make yourself worse.
The best is yet to come…if you take care of yourself
