Training in the cold rain made me stronger, not weaker, and I remember the long runs and skipping in the rain, snow, whatever, it didn’t matter, GETTING BEST EVER MATTERED!!!!
Weather and time was never a factor for training and learning when I was growing up, school and boxing. I was told what to do to make myself better in my spare time, when school and dojo closed. Canada, its cold, it snows, it rains, it’s sometimes seriously hot.
Some people will be manipulated and taught to twist certain situations, such as weather conditions and mood, to alter your training and lifestyle to make it “OK” to not train, “OK” to skip the things that make you better such as learning, cooking, and sleeping, and waste your life on social media, movies, and modern world garbage that makes you WEAKER, not stronger.
People will try to waste your life today telling you how stupid you are and that you need such and such courses to make yourself better and earn more money. ๐ค
People will influence you to watch THEIR workout instead of focusing on YOURS.๐คซ
People will influence you to eat processed junk food they, and you know isn’t good for your health. ๐คฎ
