Words that describe the Rogue Fitness USA weight plates, and the “customer service” I received, and the silent reaction from the online gym “experts” community 🗑🚮🤮🤷♂️🤦♀️👎
You would think after 3 months of bringing awareness to the fitness world about Rogue Fitness horrible quality control and customer service, that one, 1, ONE gym equipment ‘expert” (I am not sure how one becomes, or even claims to be a gym equipment “expert”, but in the digital world you can play whoever and whatever you want behind a screen, so I will get back to this) would put me in my place, and make me look like a inexperienced dummy after 40 years in the gym full fulltime, and hundreds of gym builds and consultations, and equipment maintenance to make sure members and clients have safe gym equipment.
Rogue claims that chips, dents, craters, blemishes, and logo R’s that look carved out by hand, are “normal” on their FINEST and most expensive cast iron made in USA Olympic plates.
IF its normal, and common, one narcistic gym equipment “expert” that would love to make me look like an idiot would have posted pictures and videos and the earliest opportunity to make a fool out of me.
IM STILL WAITING FOR ROGUE, OR ANY OF THESE NARCISTIC SELF-PROCLAIMED GYM “EXPERT” CLOWNS TO PUT ME IN MY PLACE WITH PROOF, THAT THIS TYPE OF DAMAGE = CHIPS, DENTS, BLEMISHES, CRATERS, BUTCHERED LOGO LETTERS IS “NORMAL”, COMMON, AND ACCEPTABLE ⏰
Rogue ignored my emails 9 days after initial complaint, then another 14 days, and dispute is still ongoing since January 24. In my many many years of dealing with Rogue, I have not recalled such a delay in response, or such IGNORING customer. Hmmm, why the delay bro 🤷♀️🤔
Buying gym equipment and a huge follower count on social media doesn’t make you an ‘expert. Affiliate links, coupon codes, and having free equipment sent out to manipulate “followers” doesn’t make an ‘expert” either, makes you a POS 🤡💩🤦♀️
IF anyone of these gym “experts” cared about your next purchase, the level of quality of equipment and customer service, people would speak up like I do, but maybe they would lose their affiliation $ links and other free stuff they get, the free stuff they get so you can buy, so they get it for free, get it? LOL
These narcistic gym “experts” don’t care about sharing the bad side of Rogue, and other equipment manufacturers, they want their gym paid off, and extra money on side through affiliate links, promotions, coupon codes, YouTube, and other ad revenue streams for their benefit, NOT YOURS
IF I am wrong, and I’m not , I have spoken to dozens of people on this “damage” matter, including equipment manufacturers, equipment distributers, people that set up gyms full time for a living, and of course, gym owners, NOT one of these people, whether we knew each other or not, not one said my Rogue USA Olympic plates are “satisfactory”, FAR FROM IT, and certainly not a product a company should call its “finest”.
The fact that after 3 months, not one online gym equipment “expert” has sided with me, or against me, is telling to how narcistic behavior is deeply engraved in the health and fitness industry, where people are now begging to be identified with the price tag of their home gyms, rather than the character within, which is usually shallow.
