Summer ☀️one week away = Who is banging 🔨 out the exercise, workouts, cardio and abs training harder than ever before summer NO MATTER WHAT !?!💯💥💪🏼
Your favourite “personal trainers;, “strength and conditioning coach”, “athletes”, chiropractors, physiotherapist, and other “health” practitioners will do their very best to INFLUENCE you to sit down for hours and watch their “informative” content, not only wasting your life, but want you to pay for it $$$ = Misery loves company = IGNORE PEOPLE THAT WASTE YOUR LIFE ☠️⌛️
⬆️You don’t get ripped abs and incredible shape watching social media posts and listening to podcasts = IGNORE THE WASTEFUL DISTRACTIONS ⌛️
Rise to the occasion and make sure you get your exercise done NO MATTER WHAT the circumstances and what LIFE brings your way = GET IT DONE ✅
Life is too short, time is too precious. KEEP GOING 🏋️♀️☀️☦️.

Unscrupulous, shameless “health” influencers will do their very best to waste your time to watch videos, listen to podcasts, put the FOCUS ON THEM , NOT YOU 🤡🤷♀️
❌You don’t get HEALTHY sitting all day watching narcissistic “health” and “fitness “ influencers,🛑
💩Anyone that tells you to sit down and listen and watch THEM doesn’t give a 💩 about YOU
✅To more exercise time = weight training, cardio, stretching
✅To more recovery time = sleep, solitude, massage, sauna
✅To more family, friends, and community time = LOVE ❤️
❌ To watching/ listening to wasteful podcasts and videos that do nothing except waste your life!!!!
❌To spending time online that isn’t conducive to your goals.
❌STOP spending money on things you don’t need
